40 Minute AMRAP Workout / Strength + Cardio

Live class replay 12/15/2025
We're going to work our entire body in this AMRAP workout. Each circuit alternates between two exercises for a set number of reps, with a goal of completing as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes. This workout allows you to select a weight and pace that is challenging for YOU. All cardio moves are low impact, and standing options are available for floor exercises. Warm up and cooldown included.
AMRAP 4:00
10 Squat Press
20 Jumping Jacks
5 R Lunges / Curls
5 L Lunges / Curls
10 Side Lunge / Triple Jog
10 Rows
20 Hamstring Curls
5 Walkouts / Push Ups
10 Mountain Climbers (per leg)
10 Skullcrushers
10 Crunch / Heel Touch
10 V Heel Drops
10 Russian Twists (per side)
Equipment:
Dumbbells
Mat
Optional: Chair/Resistance Band
