Replay from live Zoom class held at 7:00am central. See below to join us live!
During this workout we'll move through a variety of exercises, designed to loosen joints, stretch muscles and tendons, and leave you feeling loose and relaxed. We start with a standing warm up, before moving to the floor for the majority of the workout, with a few standing exercises in between. We'll end with a couple of resistance band exercises. Exercises can be modified using a chair or yoga blocks.
