30 Minute Full Body Strength workout! All you will need is a pair of dumbbells and your body well warmed up! The timer will be on for 50 seconds of work, 20 second rest, with a 1 minute rest in between rounds. We have a total of 3 rounds. We will start with lower body, then upper body, then one full body exercise, repeat 2 more times! Just for your reference, I am using two pairs of dumbbells, a pair of 30lbs, and also a pair of 20lbs. The 30lbs for my lower body and then the 20lbs for my upper. You don't have to use two pairs of dumbbells, feel free to use what you have on hand. with 50 seconds of work, I am getting around 10-12 reps each exercise. I am going a slower pace, nice and controlled, focusing on that muscle group I'm working. Grab a water, sweat towel, and Let's Live It!
