Hey friends! Today we have a 30 minute full body workout. The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work, 30 second rest throughout. We will do two sets of each exercise before moving onto the next. All you will need is a pair of dumbbells and a bench for step ups and a couple elevated exercises. Everything will be on the screen to follow along. Just for your reference, I am using a pair of 10lb and 15lb dumbbells. Please ensure you warm up prior to working out. Your heart rate will be elevated as we work on strength as well as stamina. Grab those dumbbells and Let’s Live It!!
