10-Minute Standing Yoga for Knee & Hip Pain Relief. This Iyengar Yoga therapy routine uses precise standing poses to help ease pain, stiffness, and weakness in the knees and hips. Through gentle alignment and chair-supported positions, you’ll learn how to move safely and restore comfort and steadiness in your joints.
There’s no floor work — all four poses are done standing, with two using a chair for stability. This practice is ideal for beginners or anyone managing tightness, injury, or chronic discomfort in the knees or hips. Though subtle, it’s highly effective for improving circulation, balance, and joint mobility.
