Guys and gals join me for this very simple and very challenging push up and squat workout. While it looks simple on paper in practice it is much more difficult. That is at least for me.
Generally, when I post a workout on my channel it is d not done until failure. This one is.
This workout looks simple on paper like I said.
5 sets of:
50 push ups
100 air squats
If you like these type of workout, I post them here once in a while :)
Most of the time however, I post training that is more applicable to be done day in and day out.
