Welcome to Fit After 50 with Paul. Today’s workout is a no-equipment, full-body workout for adults over 50 — perfect if you’re short on time, traveling, or simply want an effective workout without buying gear or following unrealistic fitness trends.
This routine uses a jump-rope–style movement to raise your heart rate and help maintain fast-twitch muscle fibers, which naturally decline as we age. We’ll also train:
Core with sit-ups
Chest & triceps with push-ups
Legs with squats, wall sits, and lunges
Strong legs = better balance, stability, and longevity.
As we get older, strength alone isn’t enough. We need mobility, coordination, and stability — and this workout delivers all three.
Go at your own pace today. Modify when needed.
