This 10-minute Pilates & Barre-inspired workout targets your legs and glutes, using a chair or steady surface for support and optional light weights for an extra challenge.
Expect curtsy lunges, spicy thigh work, and strong glute activation, while also working into your arms and feet to keep the whole body switched on.
This is a quick, effective lower body session that will leave your glutes fired up and legs shaking. It is perfect when you want a focused burn in under 15 minutes.
