Описание: Welcome to this 12-minute glute-focused workout, it is short, simple, and seriously effective. We’ll be working through a series of clam variations and side planks to strengthen your glutes and mobilise your hips.

You can do this class with or without a band. The band definitely adds extra intensity, but you’ll still feel the burn even without one.

This is a great quick session on its own or perfect to pair with another workout. Move at your own pace, focus on form, and enjoy the fire in your glutes!
