Описание: This 11-minute Pilates & Barre-inspired workout focuses on your arms and glutes, using sliders for smooth, controlled movement. Don’t worry if you don’t have sliders, a tea towel or socks work just as well on most floors!

It’s a standing workout designed to strengthen and stabilise through the whole body while keeping your arms and glutes engaged the entire time. You’ll feel your balance, control, and coordination working together from start to finish.

This short session is great on its own or stacked with other workouts for a full class-style flow.

Hi there! I'm Gabriella - Welcome to my online Studio! I am a qualified fitness professional with a special focus on barre, pilates, and all things in between! My classes are designed for people of all ages, abilities & genders, there will always be modifications if you are looking to move more gently or there will be progressions if you want to power up! My goal is for you to finish each session feeling a little calmer, and a little stronger than when you arrived!
