Описание: This gentle yoga flow focuses on the pelvis and pelvic floor core area. This includes easing out the lower back, breathing into the core and pelvic floor, and opening, stretching, strengthening and stabilising the hips. It is a gentle, easy yoga sequence that involves the whole body and moves the spine in all directions, with mindfulness around pelvic abdominal health.

The 25 mins pelvic abdominal core yoga video starts in a sitting position, opening the hips in baddhakonasana (cobbler), and moves through cat into low lunge stretches and a high lunge. This yoga sequence includes stretching out the glutes and piriformis in reclined pigeon/leg cradle in a supine position (lying on the back), amongst other yoga exercises and postures.
