This is one of videos I filmed in our cabin a few months ago and it was never uploaded. This particular one is a lovely stretch of the hips and pelvis, mainly focusing on that area of the body, though there are enough other movements in this sequence to feel like you've had a good all-over stretch.
The abdominal pelvic focus will help ease tension in this area and increase flexibility of the hip joints. It is very common for tension to build up in our pelvic bowl, including the pelvic floor, psoas and iliacus muscles, as well as the hip flexors. In this video, we focus on releasing tension and encouraging the body to relax the muscles in this important area of the body. A marriage between strength and ease in the abdominal and pelvic core musles, creates a stability in this central area that contributes greatly to our overall health and wellbeing.
