Описание: Stress builds up throughout the day, and can take a toll on our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I've developed a daily routine for managing stress and anxiety, with simple techniques that I practice at regular intervals throughout the day.

In this video I'll share with you the six timepoints in the day when I briefly pause to release stress and tension, starting first thing in the morning and finishing at bedtime.

Try these simple exercises for yourself and notice the effects on your stress levels.
