RECIPE OPTIONS:
Ingredients:
• 1/2 gallon milk (whole, 2%, or skim)
• 1/2 cup yogurt ("contains live active cultures", regular or Greek)
Basic Instructions:
• Heat milk to 180-200 degrees F
• Cool to 110 degrees F
• Add yogurt and/or probiotics you want to culture
• Keep temp at about 110 degrees F for 4 to 8 hours using any of the methods described in the video
• When the yogurt is at your desired tartness and thickness, cool then add to jars
• OR strain with a mesh strainer and cheesecloth for about 2 hours to make • Greek yogurt
• Refrigerate in clean glass jars for about 2 weeks
