Equipment: None
Format: Perform move 1 for 0:20 seconds, rest for 0:10 seconds and then repeat for move 2. Repeat moves 1 and 2 back to back for 4 rounds total.
Tabata 1: Optional squat in rest period
Jack Out High Jump
Alternating Side Kicks
Tabata 2: Optional calf raise in the rest period
Side to Side Lunge Touch with Jump in the Center
Push Ups (or incline push ups with clap)
Tabata 3: Optional full body extensions in the rest period
The Charleston
Cross Body Mountain Climbers
Tabata 4: Optional plank hold in rest period
Sit Up Punches
Superwoman to Trap Activator
