Ingredients:
1/2 cup raw peanuts
1 cup grated or chopped broccoli
3/4 cup semolina (sooji)
1 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup low fat yogurt
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp. grated ginger & chilli
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/4 tsp degi mirch
2 tbsp. gram flour (besan)
1 tsp. cumin and coriander powder
1 tbsp. clarified butter (ghee)
1 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves
water as required (for batter)
