Hey ladies, today we’re doing a gentle but powerful mobility stretch routine designed especially for women 60+. If you’re feeling tight through your hips, shoulders, or upper back—or maybe you’ve been sitting, travelling, or simply waking up stiff—this routine will help your whole body move and feel better.
We’re focusing on four easy stretches you can do anywhere, with both floor and standing options. These exercises come straight from the GrandmaSTRONG studio and are the same ones I guide my clients through every week. They’re simple, safe, and incredibly effective for releasing stiffness and regaining freedom of movement.
✨ What we stretch today:
• Hip flexors
• Inner thighs/adductors
• Hamstrings
• Upper back/thoracic spine
• Hips & glutes
• Lower back
• Quads (optional deeper variation)
Do these stretches daily, or anytime your body feels tight, achy, or a bit creaky. And as always—never stretch into pain. Modify as needed and listen to your body.
