This 20-minute total body bodyweight workout is designed especially for women over 50 who want to stay strong, mobile, confident, and capable in everyday life. We’ll spend 10 minutes on lower body and 10 minutes on upper body + core, moving at a slow, safe, and form-focused pace.

Lower Body (standing):
• High Knee → Lunge
• Squats
• Static Lunges (both sides)
• Wall Squat Hold
• Side Lunges
• Single-Leg Forward Lean Holds
• Wide Plie + Calf Lift
• Low Plie Pulses
• Alternating One-Leg Squats
• Side-to-Side Reaches & Low Taps
Upper Body + Core (floor):
• Bear Crawl or Bear Hold
• Glute Bridge
• Side Plank (both sides)
• Plank with Toe or Knee Taps
• Hover Hold
• Rock & Roll Sit-Ups
• Pelvic Tilt Core Press
• Push-Ups (knees or toes)
• Supermans
• Walkout to Plank
