Front Dumbbell Squat into Alternating Backward Lunge :
Heavy DB: 16 squats with 16 alternating lunges (8 lunges per leg)
Mid DB: 16 squats with 16 alternating lunges (8 lunges per leg)
Light DB: 16 squats with 16 alternating lunges (8 lunges per leg)

Sumo Squat with DB Bicep Curl:
Heavy DB: 8 reps
Mid DB: 8 reps
Light DB: 8 reps

Full Body Plank with Push-up & Rolling DB Row:
Heavy DB: 4-6 alternating rows
Mid DB: 4-6 alternating rows
Light DB: 4-6 alternating rows

Isolated Backward Lunge into Shoulder Press:
Heavy DBs: 8 backward lunges per leg into 8 presses, repeat on other leg
Mid DBs: 8 backward lunges per leg into 8 presses, repeat on other leg
Light DBs: 8 backward lunges per leg into 8 presses, repeat on other leg

Narrow DB Chest Press into Sit-up with Cross Punch:
Heavy DBs: 12 reps
Mid DBs: 12 reps
Light DBs: 12 reps

Straight Arm Pull Overs with Leg Raises:
Heavy DBs: 10-15 reps
Mid DBs: 10-15 reps
Light DBs: 10-15 reps

Single Deadlift into Hammer Press:
Heavy DBs: 10 reps PER LEG
Mid DBs: 10 reps PER LEG
Light DBs: 10 reps PER LEG
