The SPLITS!! Ok, I’m going to tell you a secret. The splits aren’t this magical ability that you’re born with- they take persistence, dedication and a LOT of stretching. But stretching makes you feel good….soooo, win win!
Truly though, I believe most people can get the splits by adding stretching into their daily routine. Take 15 minutes out of your day and come do some dynamic stretching with me. It will make you feel like 🔥 👌.
