🪑 A 15 minute mobility routine you can do right at your desk. This is a dynamic full body seated stretch designed for office workers and people who sit all day. It will help you loosen up your tight hips, shoulders, neck, back and wrists, while improving range of motion and boosting your energy.
🎯 Use this to reset during your workday and break up long periods of sitting.
🗺️ You will need a chair for this seated movement break. If your chair has wheels, push yourself up against a wall or a desk so that you don’t roll across the floor during the practice :)
