Hello everyone!
Today I have an upper body pilates workout for you, designed to target your abs, arms and back.
We start by toning our back and abs in a standing series, then we move to a prone position to start strengthening the whole of our back, working also on good posture! We have c-curves to help target those deep core muscles, and a side lying core and arm combo! Finishing class with a real burner to help tone those shoulders!
