Hello everyone!
Today I have a full body pilates workout for you, and this will be a moderate intensity. This workout is perfect if you're looking for an effective pilates burn but you are short on time!
Here's an outline of how we'll be moving today:
Glute strength & growth: in our tabletop series we work on lifting and sculpting the glutes while toning the legs. In our bridge series we work on rounding the glutes and outer thighs by adding in our leg abductions.
Abdominal strength & sculpting: in our supine series we work on strengthening and defining our abs and obliques.
Core & upper body strengthening: in our plank series we work on leaning our our upper body whilst also strengthening our core and working on some spinal mobility.
