good mornings to squat x10ea
sumo deadlift x10-15
rest for 30-45 seconds and repeat 3-4 more times
rest for 1-2 minutes
single leg hamstring curls x8-10
kickbacks x10
kickback pulse
hamstring curl no weight x10
rest for 30-45 seconds and repeat 3-4 more times
romanian deadlifts x10-15
single leg RDL's x10
rest for 30-45 seconds and repeat 4 more times (alternating starting leg for single leg RDL's)
glute bridge/ hip abduction combo x20
clamshells x10
rest for 30-45 seconds and repeat 4 more times (alternating starting leg for clamshells)
