I decided to do a little experiment while in quarantine and work on my core for 10 minutes as my warm up before my workout, the results? After about two months, my abs are much more defined, STRONGER, and my stability has very much improved! It's amazing what consistency can do! Linking the interval timer and listing my routine down below, feel free to swap out the exercises for anything that makes YOU feel more comfortable while completing the 10 minutes! Remember, modifying does not mean you failed, it means your adjusting so that you can perform!
