We have 5 Circuits. Each Exercise will last for 30 seconds and will be followed by 15 seconds rest.
NOTE: There are a few jumping moves however, I will show you variations.

Cross Country Skier to Squat
3 Pulse Rear Squat to Knee Raise
Squat w/ Oblique
Jack to Kick
DB Swing to Jack
Squat walks
High Knee
3 Pulse Curtsey Lunge
Duck Walks Backward to Lunge Forward
Butt Kickers to touch the floors
Pulsing Squats
Squat to one Leg Deadlift
Abs:
Crunch to Toe Touch
Reverse Crunch
Level: All Levels
