Hey Workout Partners!
I was so nervous filming this workout but I got it done. I miss you all very much! Im so excited to start killing the workouts with you all again.
This no equipment workout can be done at home, at the park or at the gym - all you need is 30 minutes and the energy to push through! Follow along and do your best :)
Each Exercise will last for 30 seconds and will be followed by 15 seconds rest.
NOTE: There are a few jumping moves however, I will show you variations.
