To use EFT for self help, it is important to combine it with mindfulness. You can't work on your issues unless you have enough awareness through the day to notice they are there and then have enough motivation to use EFT to reduce these symptoms to improve how you feel in that moment.
In this video I explain mindfulness in a way that allows you to see the benefit in which EFT can be used in combination with mindfulness to reduce symptoms we experience during the day that burden us and lower the quality of our lives. By using EFT on our symptoms that we feel during moments of mindful awareness, it can improve the quality of our health, our minds and ultimately our lives.
