This emotional trigger releasing technique will allow you to remove your subconscious frustrations toward people in your life so your mind can become much less triggered and able to enjoy the present moment more freely.
Much like removing the browsing history from a computer; you free up space and energy for incoming opportunity instead of clogging up your mind with past issues and memories that no longer serve you.
