Carrots / 红萝卜: 2 large (cut into chunks)
1 bowl cherry tamatoes 小番茄
Aromatics:
1pieces of Ginger (姜),
5 or 6 cloves of Garlic (蒜瓣)
6 or mor3 dried chillies (辣椒干)
Seasoning | 调味料:
Dark Soy Sauce / 老抽: 1 tsp (for color)
Oyster Sauce / 蚝油: 3 tbsp
Sesame oil/ 麻油:1 tsp
Sugar / 糖: To taste (helps balance the tanginess)
Water / 水: Enough to cover the chicken
