HAPPY NEW YEAR! LET'S MAKE 2026 ANOTHER STRONG YEAR!
Welcome to the 7 day series of the HYBRID SERIES! In this series, you can choose to do the workouts in all bodyweight, or with equipment, or do them both!
Target repetition ranges based on your goals:
6 for power
8-10 for strength
12 for hypertrophy
15-20 reps for endurance
WEIGHT REC'S:
Light to medium burn: 5-8lbs
Medium burn: 10-15lbs
Challenge: 20lbs +
For reference I am using a 15lbs DB in this video
