Welcome to your 7 days of 100 REPS CHALLENGE workout series!
I am SO HAPPY you are here!
Remember the first step towards becoming a strong you is to show up for yourself and I'm so proud of you if you showed up today!
This workout series is rep based, focusing on slow and controlled 10 reps per exercise with good form and a total of 10 exercises per emphasis. No need to rush through each rep, keep breathing through the exercises, and DO NOT GIVE UP! These exercises are challenging, so be kind to yourself. Reminder to warm up before this workout. You will be sore after this workout series, so I will be adding recovery videos that I recommend post workout below.
