Hey Crossropers!
Here’s a quick 10 minute at home cardio workout that's perfect for beginners.
This home workout follows a 40-20 format (40 seconds of activity followed by a 20 second rest) for 10 rounds. You'll be switching between a jump rope footwork step and a bodyweight movement sequence.
Bodyweight Sequence:
🔥 Squat x 2
🔥 Squat Thrust
These bodyweight exercises stay the same throughout the whole workout.
Jump Rope Steps:
🔥 Basic Jump
🔥 Alternate Foot Step
🔥 Boxer Step
🔥 Jump Rope Jacks
🔥 Ski Jumps
