Today we’re targeting your upper body — arms, shoulders, chest, and back — using a set of dumbbells to build strength and tone. This workout is perfect to do at home with minimal space and maximum results.
I’m using a set of 12 lb dumbbells, but you can go with whatever feels comfortable for you. 💪
Intervals: 40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest — just follow along and give your best!
