If you love dumbbell full body workouts this is a workout you must try! In 40 minutes you will explore HIIT training and AMRAPS! Expect to burn up to 600 calories in this workout!

The first part of the session is a dumbbell HIIT workout and we do include some bodyweight exercises in there to get the most out of your cardio! We finish the workout with 2 rounds of AMRAPS which I explain in detail in the video, but it's a great way to end the session!
