Join me for a good morning full body 60 minute stretch and breathe yoga class. This is a beginner friendly flow yoga class intended to help you build strength, flexibility and stability through slow dynamic and static movements and stretches.
This is a great practice to help you connect to the present moment, your breath and let go of stress, worry and anxiety.
Take the time to tune into what you need and let go of everything else that doesn’t serve you!
