Join me for a 55 minute good vibes daily yoga flow. This is a gentle yoga class you can take anytime of the day. It can be great for bed to wind down or great when you need a little energy boost to start your day off.
There are chill vibe beats throughout the practice to help you calm your mind and unwind.
In this class you will build both strength and flexibility. This gentle class starts with floor based postures to warm up the body and then moves into a short series of standing and balancing postures to help tone and strengthen your core and legs. It ends with some feel good floor based postures to help relax and restore your body with some extra juicy poses great for back tension or tightness. This is followed by a short relaxing savasana to help your body absorb all the good work you put into your practice.
This class is suitable for all levels. No props are required but blocks, blankets and pillows can be a nice way to make this practice more comfortable.
