This 45 MIN FULL BODY WORKOUT with DUMBBELLS is a killer muscle builder & fat blaster routine! This sweat dripping workout focuses mainly on combining an upper body move with a lower body move to get the heart rate up and fire up those muscles! Strength training helps to increase lean muscle which we want to have more of than fat so this is the perfect workout to do! 💪🏻 This workout is loaded with some of my favorite moves along with my favorite style- compound exercises!
There are 3 circuits repeated 3x with 5 exercises. Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds with a quick 15 seconds rest. Included in this workout is a warm-up and cooldown! For reference I mostly used my 15lb weights with a couple exercises using my 10lbs! When I do this workout again for my personal workouts- I like to try and increase how much I'm lifting so I'll try my 20's next time for some of the exercises! ;)
