If you’re new to working out, getting back into fitness, or simply looking for a workout that feels supportive instead of overwhelming — you’re exactly where you need to be. 💛
Today, we’re strengthening your entire body in a way that feels doable, empowering, and effective. No jumping. No complicated moves. Just simple, powerful exercises designed for beginners who are ready to build real strength. This is an ALL STANDING workout so you don't have to worry about getting up and down off the floor.
You don’t have to be advanced to train your whole body.
You just have to start.
Every rep you complete today strengthens more than muscles — it builds confidence. It builds momentum. It builds belief in yourself.
In This Workout You Will:
• Strengthen your entire body in one session
• Learn foundational strength exercises
• Build stability and balance
• Improve endurance at a beginner-friendly pace
• Feel stronger from head to toe
Using just dumbbells, we’ll move through controlled, low impact exercises that challenge you safely while helping you create a solid foundation.
The breakdown of this workout includes 1 Circuit, 10 Exercises X 3 Sets. Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds with a quick 15 seconds rest. I will demonstrate the next exercise 10 seconds prior to the start of the 45 second timer. Join in with me when you are ready! We are alternating between upper and lower body exercises in this workout.
