(Ingredients)
24 oz lean ground turkey
65 g jalapenos
175 g red onions
200 g bell pepper
1 tbs olive oil
2 medium yellow onions
Seasoning of choice (I used 1 tbs garlic powder, 1 tbs onion powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp dried onion flakes, 1 tsp chili powder)

Turkey Burgers
In a large bowl combine ground turkey, jalapenos, red onions, bell peppers, olive oil and seasonings. Mix well until fully combined.
Scoop and roll mixture. I’m counting calories at this time so I scooped 190 grams of the mixture to create 6 patties. (A serving size is 2 patties).
Heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat, spray pan with olive oil spray/lightly grease. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side; cook until the inside is no longer pink.
Caramelized Onions
Clean and slice 2 medium yellow onions.
On low heat, saute the onions and add desired seasonings (I kept it simple with salt, garlic powder and chili powder)
Stir onions every 4-5 minutes to ensure they aren’t burning/sticking
Saute for 45-55 minutes, or until the onions are deep in color and soft in texture.
Veggie Noodle Bowl
(Ingredients)
Shiritaki Noodles
170 grams of broccoli
120 grams of mushrooms
50 grams of bell pepper
1 tbs garlic
2 tbs of soy sauce
2 tsp of ground ginger
1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
1 tbs of sriracha
1 tsp of onion powder
(Directions)
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium high heat and stirfry veggies for 4 - 5 minutes.
Wash and drain shiritaki noodles.
Once veggies are cooked and have nice color, add the noodles and stir for 2 - 3 minutes.
Add seasonings and soy sauce, stir for another 2 minutes and enjoy!
