Smoothie Bowl
a medium banana
1 cup of frozen mixed berries (or any fruit you prefer)
1/2 cup of frozen pineapple
1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tbs vanilla protein yogurt
1/4 fresh strawberries
1 tsp of honey
granola
creamy peanut butter
Directions: In a blender combine almond milk, half of the banana, frozen fruits, yogurt and honey; blend until smooth. Once blended, pour in a bowl and add toppings (I used half of a banana, fresh strawberries, granola and 100% creamy peanut butter)
Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla
Frozen grilled chicken strips
Frank's Red Hot buffalo sauce
Bolthouse Farms blue cheese dressing
Spring Mix
Missions Carb Smart wheat tortillas
Blue cheese crumbles
Directions: In a microwave safe bowl, heat frozen chicken strips until warmed all the way through; toss in buffalo sauce and set aside. Fold tortilla in half, twice. Cut a quarter of the was through the tortilla and evenly fill each quadrant with your fillings. Heat on a medium heat until the tortilla is toasted.

Frozen Cauliflower
Broccoli
Avocado
7 grain rice medley
Chicken Breasts
Honey
Sriracha
Soy Sauce
Seasonings of choice
Directions: Season all veggies, chickpeas and chicken, separately, with seasonings of choice ( I used garlic/onion powder, chili powder, salt/pepper, red pepper flakes). Throw veggies in the air fryer at 380 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Pan sear the chicken breasts on medium high heat in a non-stick skillet until the chicken is fully cooked. Air fry the seasoned chickpeas for 8-10 minutes at 380 degrees. Add everything on top of a bed of lettuce and serve. Sauce recipe here: https://easysaucerecipes.com/honey-sr...
