Alright everyone, we have another Power Hour Workout! This is going to be a fast moving, fat burning workout with weights, where we are hitting your upper body, lower body, cardio and abs! You will do each exercise for 1 minute, with a 15 second transition. It's HARD!

What you need for today's workout: a variety of dumbbells, bench or chair for high step ups.
Format: 1 minute work, 15 seconds rest, 3 rounds.

Lower-High Step Up
Abs- Starfish
Cardio- Burpee Front Raise

Lower-Front Lunges
Abs- Full Sit Up
Cardio- Star Jumps

Upper-Lateral/Upright/Front Raise
Lower- Plie Squat
Abs- Turkish Get Up
Cardio - Double Foot Mt Climber

Lower - Weighted Hip Thrust
