This 27 min hip opening yoga flow will loosen tight hips, build strength and flexibility, improve range of motion and circulation in the hip area, and help relieve back pain. No props are needed for this session.
Tight hips are a common problem caused by injury or too much time spent sitting. This shortens hip muscles and can cause pain and discomfort. This yoga session, suitable for beginners or more experienced yogis will build strength and flexibility in the hips and surrounding muscles to ease pain and increase range of motion, and improve athletic performance.
