Welcome to Day 23! Today we enter "The Shake Zone." ⚡️ If your muscles are shaking, it means they are changing!
This "Vertical Sculpt" session is performed entirely standing up. We are using isometric holds and micro-pulses to exhaust the muscles in the legs and glutes. This technique—often used in Barre and Pilates—brings your muscles to the point of fatigue (the "shake") to sculpt deep definition without heavy weights or jumping.
