I am so incredibly proud of you. Today, we are celebrating your consistency with a Total Leg Sculpt workout. We are combining the fat-burning power of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) with the sculpting precision of Mini Bands.
This is the ultimate test. We will move fast to spike the heart rate, but the bands will keep constant tension on the glutes and thighs to lock in those results. Give this workout everything you have left!
