$40M Marble Manor rebuild underway in Las Vegas' Historic Westside

Описание: A $400 million investment is coming to the Historic Westside as crews begin a years-long rebuild of Marble Manor, a public housing complex.

Marble Manor is currently under construction, with residents relocating in phases as demolition and rebuilding progress.

By the end of this month, residents in Phases Two and Three are also expected to move out so crews can begin rebuilding.

“Now they're very excited. I'd have to be honest, there was a lot of trepidation,” said Kathi Thomas of the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority.
