Visitors arrive in Las Vegas from Guadalajara unrest, head consul says order is restored

Описание: People in Las Vegas are feeling the impact from the unrest that was sparked on Sunday, following the death of drug kingpin Nemesio Rubén Oseguera Cervantes "El Mencho."

Many with family members sheltered back home in response to the violence by the Jalisco New Generation Cartel that was unleashed in response to the killing. Cars being set on fire, road blocks leading several to stay indoors.

Some flew into Harry Reid International Airport on Monday, as the situation calmed down, including a few flights arriving from Guadalajara, one of the main areas impacted by the violence.

"It was kind of apocalyptic. That's how we describe it," said Luis Camerana.
