Recipe
260g bread flour
50g whole meal flour
200g water
60g active starter ( *remember to refresh It first before using, use only when It Is ative )
1 Tbsp olive oil
6g salt
my bulk proof Temperature at 26C on a rainy day, so If your Weather is different, Either you need to control the dough temperature or adjust the total proofing time according to your Weather.
Preheat the oven 250C for 30 min
bake 250C for 20 min ( with cover), 200C for 20 min ( without cover )
