Описание: Golf is one of the most addictive sports out there. One reason for that is ANYONE can play. How well you want to play dictates how much you practice and whether you are willing to create and implement a fitness program to help you improve. I've tweaked my regular fitness routine to include golf specific exercises. In particular, I am focusing on hip mobility and stability using a combination of workouts on the BODi (formerly Beachbody) platform and the equipment from GolfForever and it's been great. Not only am I hitting it better, but I FEEL better and perform better in the other sports I enjoy so much (surfing, skiing, cycling). Here's a part of my routine.
