Week 1 - Badminton at Home for BBTA New Beginner Level
Exercise:
1. Badminton Grip in Forehand & Backhand
2. Basic Clear Motion
3. Basic footwork from the center to the back court (1/2 court)
Repetition:
1-2 min x 5 sets / exercise
5-10 min / exercise
Total 15 - 30 min exercise
